Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As a rule, a delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders done before 14:00 are often packed the same day and sent m..v. weekend.

Delivery charge

Shipping is free above 14,95, Below 14,95 we charge 4,95 Euro shipping fee.

Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without a statement of reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return shipment are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return if the product has already been received in good order.

Return exceptions

Returns of food with open packaging is not possible.

Complaints

It can always happen that something is not entirely as planned. We recommend that you make complaints known to us first by emailing to Info@aljeta.com . Does this not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkelver Via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to sign up complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet proceeding elsewhere, it is free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
